What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm excluding public holidays. on Sundays Half day .

Which brands can you repair and/or service?

We are qualified to repair and service all netbook and notebook brands and also claim the warranty. We have solid experience in the repair and service of major brands as HP, Compaq, Dell, IBM, Lenovo, Toshiba, Acer, SonyVaio

Do you have a minimum fee or charge for repairs?

A Diagnosis Fee applies to all repairs. This fee is designed to compensate us for the time spent on diagnosing the problem with your laptop and on exactly costing the solution including the cost of parts.

How quickly can you repair my laptop?

We will repair OS, software installation and minor problem in 2 to 3 hours. If it’s having Mother Board issue, Part replacement or major problem will take to repair 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Saturday).

Although we stock for all Laptops brand and model like HP, Compaq, Dell, IBM, Lenovo, Toshiba, Acer, Sony Vaio, Fujitsu, Gateway on site a selection of spare parts to ensure quick turnarounds.

Note that part delivery times could range from one or two days, depending on availability

Can you diagnose my Laptop over the phone?

Unfortunately, we may not be able to accurately diagnose a faulty laptop without physically testing it. There may be multiple faults that cannot be identified over the phone.
